Our specialty coffee is 100% organic and cultivated at an impressive altitude of 1,800 meters above sea level, sheltered under the protective canopies of cedar, oak, and eucalyptus trees. We take immense pride in preserving the traditional techniques passed down from our ancestors.
The beans are washed with fresh and pure water from mountain springs on our farm.
We exclusively handpick the ripest coffee beans.
To ensure the health, flavor, and smoothness of our coffee, we dry the coffee beans with natural sunlight for 4 days.
